Spring/Summer Classes


Every six months my class selection will change to reflect the seasons and the availability of ingredients that are abundant in that season. The majority of my ingredients are organic, and locally grown. Below are my selections for Spring/Summer, I change them out every few weeks based on inspiration, and you never know when I may add a surprise bonus recipe!

Booking Classes

There are two ways to enjoy my private classes. You can book a class to be taught in your home or if you prefer the class can be taught at Serendipity Arts Studio in Saratoga Springs. Customized special request classes are also available for additional price. Come join me and let’s welcome this colorful beautiful season together with great food, special friends and something for everyone. See you in the kitchen!

Sunday Supper At Mama’s minimum 8-10 students 55.00 per person

Private class pricing starts at 75.00 per person, prices vary depending on menu.
